Stephen is the first point of contact for all anodising enquires and consultations. With over 20 years’ experience in metal finishing, Stephen can offer practical advise on all areas of anodising as well as coatings for non-ferrous substrates.

Stephen has designed, built and operated 5 different process lines for multiple companies before founding Phoenix in 2021.

Jordan is responsible for day-to-day production. Jordan has experience in both automated and manual process anodising.

To compliment his practical knowledge Jordan is currently studying to become an associate of the institute of material finishing.

Shaun and James are the fuel that powers Phoenix. Both had multiple years’ experience in anodising before becoming part of the Phoenix team.

Shaun and James understand that they are the custodians of your parts and the investment you have made in them.
